Leave Politics Out, This Christmas Pray for and Support Our Troops

I came across this video, which apparently is the hottest thing on YouTube right now.  It should go without saying that we should be supporting our troops, but with the politics and varied beliefs out there, many overseas may not be feeling that support.

Please watch the video and kindly leave your prayers for our troops in the comments section.  They need to know we support them, are praying for them, and wish them all the best this Christmas season.  They also need to know how much we thank them for defending our freedom and providing the ultimate sacrifice.

Dear Lord, my family and I would like to take a moment to lift those serving abroad to You.  We ask for Your protection over them as they continue to fight for our freedom.  We know many will not come home and ask that they will find favor in Your sight as they stand before You.  During this Christmas season, and beyond, as we celebrate the birth of your Son, we ask You to keep them in Your peace and let them know they have our support and love and thanks for a job well done.  Amen.
