Is Plagiarizing a Form of Flattery?

I have been lax about stating anything about the copyright infringements, trademark infringements, etc. but it is far worse than I originally thought.  So much so, that even people who write me to state their disagreement with what I say are copying my web pages!!!  How pathetic are these people?

In the last year or so, a recent research project, I found that there are four new "Solid Rock Mortgage's" that opened in the state of Florida, despite my TM symbol attached to that phrase.  I am finding, almost daily, that people are plagiarizing, if not outright copying word for word, many of my web pages and articles.  There are some companies using a variation of my domain name even, which is a violation of the Anti-Cybersquatting Law as well.

So, to all of those out there doing the above, your time may be nearing an end as my lawyers are going to be looking to see what can be done as recourse and we will seek maximum penalties if you do not cease and desist.
