Not too long ago, the Loonie achieved parity with the $US. Now, it looks as if the Aussie is going to do the same. The Euro is reaching record highs, now achieving $1.435 and looks to go higher yet.
Now, add to that the housing dilemma the USA is experiencing and the dropping real estate prices in Florida, California, Las Vegas, and other "desirable" locations. This presents the "perfect scenario" for buying homes in the USA if you are a foreigner. So, effectively, any property in the USA can be bought for bargain basement prices.
So, if you are from Ireland, England, virtually any place in Europe, Australia, or just about anywhere, and you have an interest in buying a property in Florida, or some of the other locations, now is the time to start planning your purchase.
Sure, the dollar is being pushed down and will likely go down further as the US government wants it that way. But, prices are already favorable and why try to "time the market". Eventually the market will hit bottom, maybe even sooner than you think, so why wait?
Plan now and start picking that "choice" property you have always wanted in South Florida or other vacation spot and get it now at bargain basement prices. This may be the best "sale" you may ever see and chances are that the property will appreciate nicely once the correction is over.
If you are buying in Florida, I can help. If you are purchasing outside the state, I can recommend someone. The bottom line is you should start locating and planning the purchase now so you can grab up as many properties as you want at these ridiculously low prices.

I stay in India and am a citizen of India. Can I sit in India and buy a property in US?
